As an NDIS Plan Manager at BT Plan Managers, you will play a critical role in supporting participants of the NDIS by managing their funding, processing claims, and ensuring that they receive the necessary services and supports. This role requires a strong understanding of the NDIS, exceptional organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee and manage NDIS funding for participants, ensuring all expenditures align with their NDIS plan.

Claims Processing: Submit and manage claims through the NDIS portal accurately and in a timely manner.

Support Coordination: Assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans, providing guidance on available supports and services.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and interactions with participants.

Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with NDIS guidelines and standards.

Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and service providers, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to participants and their families on the status of their NDIS funds and plan implementation.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in NDIS plan management or a similar role is highly desirable.

Education: Accounting.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and funding structures.

Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.

Proficient in using the NDIS portal and other relevant software.
