Suport Worker

Smart Choice Care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers with High Complex needs background to provide In-Home and Community access support.

We have participants that require assistance and support with daily living and community participation. We offer short and long shifts allowing for a great work and lifestyle balance.

**The successful applicant will have**
- Minimum Certificate III in Community, Disability or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Support Worker in High Complex Needs
- Must have a full Australian Driver's License
- Must have NDIS worker screening check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Rights to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mornington, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR/Administration: 2 years (preferred)
