**Job Description**:
We are seeking an ambitious and energised People and Culture Business Partner (HR BP) to partner with our Nine Radio business, and lead a number of proactive People Projects across Nine’s Sales & Finance teams.

In this exciting role, you will be partnering with Leaders nationally across our key Radio Stations 2GB, 4BC,3AW and 6PR - getting to experience first hand the world of live and local Talk Radio. In addition, you’ll also get the opportunity to develop and lead the end to end delivery of People Initiatives which includes Learning & Development programs for Finance & Sales.

Reporting into the Head of People and Culture (Sales, Radio & Finance), this varied role will see you supporting great leaders across NIne Radio to deliver business strategy, help build capability and drive business outcomes through our exciting people initiatives.

What you will be doing day to day:

- Partnering with leaders across our Nine Radio Stations to influence, advise, coach and provide guidance for all things people related.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Nine Radio to deliver an implement people initiatives.
- Gathering and analysing people data to inform decisions and provide insights into the Business Unit People Plans.
- Building, developing and executing Learning & Development programs across Sales & Finance including creation of learning content, and end to end delivery into the business.
- Playing a key role supporting the roll out of our proactive people initiatives, including how we reward and recognise, build development plans, create Talent Maps & Succession Plans.
- Working with the Head of People and Culture and other Business Partners to develop and implement an innovative people strategy across Sales, Radio & Finance that enables us to attract, develop and retain key talent.
- Working with the broader People and Culture team to support company wide initiatives including Health & Wellbeing, Leadership Development, Employee Experience, Diversity and Inclusion and embedding of Purpose, Values & Vision.

**Qualifications**:
This is the perfect role for a People & Culture Business Partner with a few years experience, who has had exposure to ER/Case Management and generalist HR, as well as end to end delivery of proactive people initiatives into a business.

The opportunity will suit someone who is looking to be developed and mentored as they grow into a broader P&C Business Partner role.

Your experience:

- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of best practice people practices including employee relations, recruitment, reward, performance management, talent development and engagement.
- Previous experience as a Senior HR/ P&C Advisor or P&C Business Partner, with generalist experience in ER and case management - either in a standalone or BP role.
- Understanding of L&D, Reward & Recognition and Health & Wellbeing programs -with experience of developing & embedding into a business - including end-to-end project delivery.
