Public Sector People are partnering with a well-known local government organisation to recruit for 3x customer service officers in their call centre.
About the role:
- 3 month temporary contract with possibility to go permanent
- $36.18 p/h + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Switchboard handling with large volume of inbound calls
- Processing customer requests and handling customer inquiries/complaints in an empathetic manner
Call-centre experience is essential, and previous council experience is preferred.
