**The Job**:
The Manager in the Business Advisory Services division will be responsible for reviewing financial reports and tax returns, supporting the Director and Partner with workflow management, mentoring and developing junior team members, and providing high-level accounting expertise. The role involves direct client interaction, responding to client requests promptly, and conducting financial analyses. Furthermore, the Manager will contribute to various advisory projects and work closely with staff at all levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review financial reports and supporting schedules prepared by staff.
- Oversee the preparation of Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
- Support the Director and Partner with workflow management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development.
- Participate in various advisory projects as required.
- Maintain responsive client communication and address their requests promptly.
- Contribute to accounting duties and provide training to junior staff.
- Perform studies and analyses of financial matters as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge including taxation areas such as Division 7A, CGT, Small Business tax incentives, FBT, and Indirect Taxes.
- Proficiency in using MYOB, Reckon (QuickBooks), Xero, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 7-8 years of experience in public practice, with some experience as a Manager.
- Completed CA/CPA qualification.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
