**The Role**
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage and execute all the day to day operations and functions of this wonderful business. Your passion will be in supporting the team while developing them to ensure that the best service and offerings are delivered to the guests. Staff management will be a top priority as the culture of the staff and communication is of upmost priority. Engaging with the customers and ensuring that they are satisfied is equally as important.

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Passion for customer service and team building
- Amazing communication and delegation
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in all areas of the business
