We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Assistant Venue Manager to join our well-established team. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the tavern, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

**Essential requirements**:

- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Previous knowledge of RMS services is desirable but not necessary
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
- CLO - Desirable not necessary
