**About the role**:

- You will be dealing with a wide variety of customer, employer and third-party queries relating to superannuation funds and associated queries
- You will be providing a solutions-based approach to each individual query
- You will be required to assist customers with maximising their superannuation funds for future retirement
- You will be required to complete any associated processing administration
- You will be taking on average 60-70 calls per day, and working on a daily basis towards quality and customer service targets/indicators
- You will be required to work 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am - 6.30pm with no flexibility on a five-week rotating roster

**About you**:

- You will have a genuine passion for customer service and helping people, and providing the best level of service at all times
- You will have previous experience working in either a phone-based customer service or face to face customer service capacity
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in particular when dealing with sometimes sensitive situations
- You will have a clear and concise manner when dealing with customer queries
- You will be able to work effectively under pressure

**Benefits**:
