At the heart of cutting-edge research, the Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI) is embarking on a mission to revolutionise childhood dental care. Collaborating with esteemed institutions like Deakin University and the University of Melbourne, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as the Research Coordinator for this MRFF-funded cohort study.

**Your responsibilities include**:
Supervises junior staff and assists in supervising student projects
Conducts ethical research at the highest level of integrity and in line with the Australian Code for Responsible Conduct of Research and MCRI policies
Ensure integrity in data collection and ensure compliance with state and national data protection and privacy legislation.
Contribute to the development of new study/research protocols and ensure the effective management of the study and care requirements of the participants are fully considered

**What we need from you**:
Relevant postgraduate qualification
Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation of research projects involving children and/or adolescents
Experience in developing and facilitating partnerships to build relationships, to achieve joint outcomes
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability with experience in managing and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders
