**What’s involved**:
Based in Richmond, Victoria, the National Account Executive will work closely with National Business Managers in executing channel strategies & administrative tasks to achieve both commercial targets and long-term growth plans for the Brown Family Wine Group portfolio.

You’re ready to take on an important role within the sales team and contribute to continuous improvement & ensure we best support our valued strategic customer partnerships.

**Who you will be working with**:
Working in the National Sales Team, you’ll be reporting to the National Business Manager Coles, who has 18 years experience in liquor, beverages & food working in Australia, New Zealand & UK. They are passionate about creating a constructive & collaborative environment that allows team members to learn & grow professionally, build great relationships internally & externally whilst focussing on driving both the Total Business and Individual Account Plans strongly to achieve really great long-term growth.

**Every day will be different, and you’ll be helping us with**:

- Promotional management & account alignment
- Manage forecasting & demand process - working closely with supply chain & making recommendations to NBMs on account outlook & improved efficiency
- Work closely with NBM, Demand planner & customer service in managing end to end demand process
- Category & promotional analysis using Synergy, Quantium & IRI
- Deliver customer specific reporting (Category, Customer and Supply Chain performance)
- Build cross functional relationships (internal & external)
- Work closely with customer VRP & manage collaboration meetings
- Responsible for online data integrity across customer platforms
- Manage trade spend accruals & review claims
- Trade marketing & activation planning
- Sales account administration
- Strive to deliver continuous improvement in everything we do

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- 3 years industry experience/knowledge (preferably within the wine industry)
- 3 years selling and negotiation skills with FMCG products
- Customer focused
- Emphasis on data & analytical planning
- University - Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related fields (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation
- Developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Good organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Current drivers’ licence
