**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for a **Private Sales Coordinator** to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to our Private Client Director, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Managing all administration for the Private Sales team such as database maintenance, marketing budgets and tools, travel & expenses, purchase orders, general reporting and gifting opportunities.
- Assisting in the execution of clienteling initiatives and bespoke events for the Private Client network, delivering a high level of quality and support.
- Assisting in the management of the Shopify platform Maison One and offline orders for High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNW) and direct-to-consumer (HNW) sales, always ensuring that Sales Tools (i.e. Shopify, manual orders, etc) are operating with a customer-centric focus.
- Being a client ambassador by providing exceptional customer service and maximising client engagement through bespoke experiences.
- Responding promptly and accurately to all team and client queries, communicating with elegance and integrity at all times.
- Partnering with Customer Service to ensure in full, on time deliveries and regularly following up on the process to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
- Providing support in processing any online and/or manual orders via Customer Service and/or Shopify.
- Providing technical advice to customers on navigating the ordering process.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in an administration or coordination role
- Knowledge of sales and client relationship management would be beneficial
- Strong work ethic and commitments with great attention to detail
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, with ability to multi-tasks and prioritise
- Strong aptitude for event coordination/management
- Excellent understanding of the luxury industry
- Proven track record in consistently delivering results and meeting challenging deadlines
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good computer literacy skills
