_Calleija Jewellers are excited to offer a full-time Sales position in our Gold Coast boutique. Specialising in bespoke jewellery and stunning diamonds and gems, we are seeking a professional jewellery salesperson who offers exceptional client service and enjoys working in a dynamic and inclusive team. Calleija has just been announced as an Argyle Pink Diamonds Icon Partner and we have exciting new projects and jewellery collections underway so this is an exciting time to join our business._

**If you are someone who has**:

- 2+ years previous experience in high-end retail, jewellery experience preferred;
- Exceptional organization skills, communication skills and detail orientation;
- Ability to multi-task and the passion to assist your team;
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through and provide solutions;
- Passion for exceptional customer service;
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Professional phone manner and strong computer skills.

**Your role will include**:

- Ensuring a smooth, bespoke experience for every boutique client;
- Identifying and executing client development plans and strategy;
- Compliance with Client Service standards of Calleija;
- Personally contributing to stock accuracy and integrity;
- Stocktakes and other administrative tasks;
- Cultivating strong client relationships and client loyalty.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
