About the Role

Responsibilities of the Administration Officer - Accounts Receivable include:
Processing payments from external parties and students
Completing end of day banking, including EFTPOS settlement
Invoicing, including the generation of student invoices through Bulk Bills and Excursion Planners
Completing credit notes and maintaining credit note register
Centrepay - receipt all payments received
BPoint reports
Parent refunds, including pro-rata refunds for departure students
Other duties and administrative support as directed by the Business Manager or Principal.

Demonstrated skills may include

Highly effective organisational management, time management and workload management skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and the wider community.
Ability to work independently to achieve quality outcomes.
A team player with the ability to perform under direction, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work demands and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated knowledge or sound understanding of working in a school environment.
A working knowledge of OneSchool and Agresso would be highly advantageous.
