**About the role**
We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible casual Leisure Services Officers to join our team. In this role, you may work across the various centres providing high quality reception services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service which will include promotion and sales of the centre's programs, services and membership as well as contribute to the smooth, efficient day to day running of the centre. This is a versatile role that offers the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of leisure and recreation services with vacancies at Leisurelink, Splashdown, Bellarine Aquatic & Sport Centre and Norlane Aquatic Recreation Centre and seasonal outdoor pools.

**Work type: Casual**
**Classification: Band 2C $40.58ph (Including Casual Loading)**

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide timely and quality service to customers and the completion of reception and administrative functions.
- Promotion and sales of Leisure Centre programs, services, and memberships
- Assist in promotion, event ticketing and sales of Recreation venue competitions, programs, services, events, and activities.
- Merchandise and retail area stock and displays.
- Periodic checks of facilities to ensure only confirmed bookings and paying casual hire customers are using them.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Flexibility to meet the varied demands of the Leisure and Recreation Centres, including availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff and client groups.

This role requires a current Working with Children’s Check and CPR certification
