Gym Manager/ Crossfit Coach

We're looking for a Gym manager and CrossFit coach to join our team.

This role will be a "jack of all trades role" and include coaching work (including group classes and optional 1:1 sessions), customer service, administration work and day to day management of the premises including cleaning.
- Effectively and professionally running group classes/1:1 training sessions in line with our culture and values
- Building rapport with and displaying genuine care for each member
- Providing a high quality customer service to reflect the SiSU brand and culture in all interactions
- Administration work such as overseeing client onboarding, managing memberships and assisting with communications including newsletters, social media etc
- Managing the premises including stock management, cleaning, keeping notice boards up to date etc

You will have:

- A genuine passion and interest in helping others achieve their health and well-being goals, through small group training
- Alignment with our SiSU values of (Grow, Commit, Connect and Impact) - cultural fit is super important
- The desire to grow with us
- Qualifications in fitness ( Cert III in fitness, Cert IV in fitness, Bachelor in exercise/human movements, or Level one crossFit)
- An interest in CrossFit and willingness to get a Level 1 in CrossFit if you don't have on already is a must.
