**Your new role**
- Investigating and verifying credit requests received including checking supporting information and charges on customer invoice.
- Recharging to customer accounts
- Liaising with various BU’s regarding credits and providing feedback on incorrect information
- Liaising with customers and BU’s for dispute resolution

**Your skills and experience**
- Strong customer service skills (internal & external) both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management.
- Ability to build credibility, rapport and influence with lines of business and external stake holders - A high level of judgement, integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
- Strong understanding of Root Cause Failure methodology and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Highly developed human relationship skills in areas of customer service, negotiation, influence and change.
- A proven background in dispute resolution management - Sound knowledge in standard MS Suite of products.
