**An exciting opportunity to work at a holiday park in the Spa capital of Australia. Known for its natural mineral springs, Daylesford is at the foothills of the Great Diving Range.**

**The Site**

A spacious tranquil park surrounded by trees and only a short walk from the beautiful town of Daylesford - the spa capital of Australia.

This is a stunning pet and family-friendly park offers a variety of accommodation with glamping, cabins, powered and unpowered sites along with amenity blocks, Kitchen, Playground and pop up cinema.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks.

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available. Essential You will have Holiday Park experience, particularly with the RMS booking system.

You will bring to the role:

- Fantastic customer service;
- Professional and personable telephone manner;
- Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
- Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
- Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
- Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL:

- First Aid Level 2 - We can train you.
- Current CPR - We can train you.
- National Police Check clearance upon on-boarding
- Working with Children's Check

DESIRABLE:

- ** RMS 9+**(Online Reservation System) experience**:

- Experience in a similar role
