South Coast Radiology (SCR) part of the Integral Diagnostics group is the largest radiology group on the Gold Coast, and one of the longstanding radiology organisations in Southeast Queensland.
Our 17 convenient imaging locations across the Tweed and Gold Coast include two hospital-based sites at John Flynn and Pindara Private Hospitals as well as practices in Mackay and Toowoomba.

ABOUT THE ROLE
South Coast Radiology is seeking 2 x Clerical Manager’s, to assist the Administration Services Manager (ASM) to coordinate the set up and day to day running of the Northern and Southern clerical groups, whilst providing excellent support, mentoring, and coaching to our clerical and technical teams, in order to provide outstanding customer service to our valued patients and referrers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Reporting to the ASM you will be responsible for:

- Managing clerical team rosters, timesheets and leave requests.
- Assisting with the synergy of workflows in order to improve workplace efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work alongside the Business Services Support Manager (BSSM) to conduct User Acceptance Testing of new projects and initiatives.
- Assist the Clerical Training Coordinator with the induction, training, and professional development of administration staff within your appointed region.
- Working alongside the BSSM and other Clerical Manager, in accounts receivable practices to minimise accounting errors and maximise revenue across the business.
- Ensuring all site diaries across your appointed region are managed effectively to optimise allocated appointment spots.
- Conducting performance reviews and monitor and address the performance of Clerical In Charge’s and clerical staff within your appointed region
- Acting as a reception resource when required
- Leading and motivating the clerical team within your appointed region to provide outstanding customer service.
- Work with the ASM to develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned by the ASM.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Essential:

- Extensive and proven experience leading a successful team, undertake performance management, rostering, training, mentoring, and coaching of staff, and coordinating workflows.
- Excellent customer service delivery to exceed patient and referrer expectations.
- Ability to add value through a continuous improvement mindset.
- Able to balance attention to detail with meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
- Be committed to your own professional development, including embracing ongoing learning opportunities as part of your professional development.

Highly desirable
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Karisma.
- Detailed understanding of medical imaging terminology
- Understanding of Radiology Billing

Both Clerical Manager North and Clerical Manager South roles are
Full time Monday to Friday, and will require flexibility to travel to sites within the appointed region required.
