**The Opportunity**:
The Senior Research Analyst is a critical role within Precision. The right person will bring a ‘can do’ attitude, a passion for research and insight and an obsessive attention to detail.

Working directly with the Research Director, this role will be instrumental in the building of Precision’s core capability.

**A snapshot of what you'll do**:

- Work with the Research Director in managing client relationships, and lead/support in the end to end design & delivery of quantitative research projects.
- Design measurement and evaluation programs that support effective marketing and prove effectiveness.
- Work on new business and pitch activity through desktop research, consumer panel analysis and quick dips of quant.
- Prepare clear and compelling internal and external presentations, documents, and reports including chart/table creation and insight development.
- Support the creation and ongoing delivery of group research products such as Passion Pulse and the Cost of Living study.
- Maintain working relationships with key sample and technology partners.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to interpret, analyse, and present research and insight in a compelling way.
- Strong primary and secondary research skills, with the ability to engage successfully with industry professionals.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- A logical approach to problem-solving with an investigative and inquisitive mind.

**Your ideal experience**:

- 2-3 years of market research or consumer research experience, preferably in a Research Analyst or Research Executive role.
- Proven experience in managing research processes, including relationships with sample and technology suppliers.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (ideally SPSS, Displayr, or Q).
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Regression, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Segmentation, MaxDiff, Thurstone) is a plus.
- Experience working with visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, DisplayR a plus.
