**In addition to this, you will be responsible for**:

- Manage the team's budget, including developing, and contributing to, funding strategies and budget submissions.
- Lead, manage and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels.
- Lead the proactive management of contracts, service and operating level agreements with internal and external service providers to ensure the delivery of defined service levels.

Are you right for this role?To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release management. Additionally, you will have demonstrated ability in ITIL Service Transition processes, practical experience and knowledge will be well regarded for this position.
Furthermore, you will have,
- Demonstrated knowledge of all documentation and processes required for successful transition of project and changes to operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. Experience in negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus. (SFIA: SLMO Level 5).
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people including senior business and technical stakeholders to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing).
- Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels. (NHS: Leading change through people. NHS: Empowering Others).
- Well-developed management skills and knowledge including high level ability in the areas of planning, managing resources, budget preparation and financial management. (SFIA: FMIT Level 5).
