**The opportunity**
As our
**People Services Administration Manager** reporting to our Global Head of People Services, you’ll lead our fast-paced People Services Administration team of 5 in providing HR administration services such as processing employment contracts, changes and terminations, employee file management and pre-employment screening requirements to our business leaders and employees. Our People Services Administration team support all divisions at Icon, including cancer care, pharmacy and compounding.
This is a
**permanent full-time** opportunity, based at our head office in
**South Brisbane **(close to all public transport and across the road from Messina if you have a sweet tooth and already know the area). You’ll work closely with our People & Capability Leadership Team, in particular our Payroll, Employee Relations and Business Partnering teams to ensure team member queries are answered efficiently and accurately.
Aside from the typical responsibilities of coordinating the team’s daily work tasks, improving administration processes, stakeholder management and supporting annual remuneration review, you’ll also lead and develop the team and delivery of team related project work. Involvement in our automation improvement initiatives forms an exciting project aspect of the role.

**About you**
We’re looking for a leader who can coordinate workflow and supervise workloads to deliver a high volume of accurate work with a shared focus on deadlines. Someone who can identify a way to do things more efficiently, then coach and develop the team to make it happen.
**We’d also like to see**:
- Leadership experience within an HR or operations role
- Experience with the scoping and implementation of HR related projects
- Experience in managing frontline employee relations matters
- Good knowledge of Australian award system and ability to understand labour laws in New Zealand and Singapore
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and develop good working relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues to facilitate optimal outcomes
