**Gift Fulfilment Assistant - Christmas Casual (October to December)**

Style Bundle is innovative provider of B2B gifting solutions focused on helping businesses grow their brand connection with their customers. We do this by providing design, procurement and logistics services so businesses can send their customers high impact gifts that are on-brand and create positive sentiment and referral.

Due to our increasing requirements at Christmas time, we are now looking for casuals to assist us between October and December. Flexible hours paid under the General Retail Industry award - Retail Level 1

Our customer is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a number of dynamic Gift Fulfilment Assistants to help make each and every experience with Style Bundle one to remember.

**About the Role**

The Style Bundle Gift Fulfilment Assistant works within our Pick-Pack & Dispatch team at our Melbourne warehouse in Nunawading. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management from pick-pack, dispatch and deliveries.

**About You**

You’re ideally looking to get back into the workforce after a career break, are a confident self-starter with great attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. You thrive working with a close-knit team, and independently as required. You’re flexible, adaptable and love wearing different hats. You’re comfortable working in a small business environment & like to have a laugh but you equally know how to get down to business. No formal qualifications are required for this role, aside from a can-do attitude and being action orientated.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**

At a high level, you will be responsible for preparation of all orders; packing and getting orders ready for our couriers to collect and packing down and cleaning up.

**Preparation & Packing of Orders**
- Manage the preparation of all orders (including inventory picking, packing client bundles, preparing shippers & pallets for dispatch)
- Ensure all orders are created and executed to our high level of Style Bundle standards

**Team & Communication**
- Communicate with the Team Lead at all times to keep transparency on progress and any problems that may arise
- Help to foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment, work efficiently but with high levels of accuracy and care
- Demonstrate the core values of Authenticity, Innovation, Gratitude, Superior Service & Style

**Skills & Experience**
- Highly organised and Calm under pressure - must be able to work effectively and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- You are fit and strong (you need to be able to lift and carry up to 10kgs)
- Passion and drive - we’re big believers in enthusiasm, passion and a can-do attitude
- Strong communicator with a high attention to detail
- Team player and motivator, as well as an independent worker

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.20 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
