**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly successful eCommerce team, as the eCommerce Marketing Executive for a 15-month maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will execute ecommerce activities including content, promotional and website usability activities to achieve traffic, sales and growth targets. The role will assist and support the implementation of the groups ecommerce strategy, and make recommendations to maximise results, whilst ensuring the marketing position and brand integrity is maintained.

With an enthusiastic attitude and a love for ecommerce, you will have an understanding of ecommerce best practice to assist in delivering a strong user experience for our customers. Plus, you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute the optimisation, review, and creation of content across Beacon Lighting’s Australian and American transactional websites, and other brand websites in the Beacon Lighting Group.
- To create and execute marketing campaign updates across sites
- Assist and support the development and launch of ecommerce projects and website enhancements.
- To assist with UAT for ecommerce projects and site updates
- Coordinate and analyse onsite personalization messaging across group sites
- Work closely with Marketing, IT department, ecommerce support team, and website development company, to fulfill ecommerce initiatives.
- To keep abreast of ecommerce best practice to ensure our strategy is up-to-date
- Assist with analysis and evaluation of ecommerce activity across sites, with information to be used in preparation for monthly reporting to the business where applicable.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar field)
- 8+ year(s) experience in an eCommerce or marketing role.
- Experience with CMS platforms, Magento 2 experience highly regarded.
- Motivated team player with proven ability to work to a deadline
