**Snow4Kids + Snow Village Event Casuals**
- **Attendee Assistance**: Greet guests, provide information about activities, and offer assistance to enhance their experience throughout the event.
- **Safety Monitoring**: Maintain a watchful eye to ensure the safety of participants, enforce safety guidelines, and respond to any incidents or concerns promptly.
- **Activity Supervision**: Oversee snow-related activities, including snowman building, snowball throw and winter themed mini golf, to ensure adherence to rules and a positive experience for all participants.
- **Queue Management**: Manage lines for popular attractions, optimizing guest flow and minimizing wait times to enhance guest satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and helpful service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during peak event periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
- Physical stamina for standing and light lifting during event period.

**Note**: This position is ideal for individuals seeking occasional employment during peak event periods. Responsibilities may vary based on event needs, and training will be provided as needed.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 1 - 3 months

**Salary**: From $28.26 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Lakes, QLD 4509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
