Perched above Brisbane’s CBD is **The Inchcolm by Ovolo** where you will find a world full of tiny treasures, curiosities, and eclectic art pieces all coming seamlessly. Designed for effortless living, Inchcolm by Ovolo features 42 guest rooms, Bar Inchcolm, and event spaces.

**The Gig**

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a vital role within the venue, providing the highest level of service and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance. This is a **Casual** role and will require flexibility within your availability. As our newest **Food & Beverage Attendant**, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assist guests with entire dining experience from greeting them, seating them, taking orders and keeping them happy at all times by anticipating all there needs
- Familiarise yourself with restaurant products and services including full knowledge of menus, wine lists and other beverages
- Ensure you are aware of all dietary requirements to provide guests with the most accurate information about menu offerings
- Demonstrate high levels of service and prompt, efficient and polite responses to all requests
- Encourage feedback from our guests, to update and maintain guest history records, enabling us to anticipate the needs of our guests
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of the local area and continually update knowledge of the latest trends
- Be pro-active in your approach to the job and work within the specific standards and procedures. (e.g. introduce yourself to guests, use their name and interact on a personalised basis)

Ideally you will have a **Food & Beverage** background with knowledge of restaurant operations, however if you come with the right attitude, the rest is simple You will have a valid RSA or willing to get one prior to starting. We require that you provide flexibility in your availability, willing to work various shifts including mornings, nights & weekends. You will have good communications skills and have the ability to remain calm and professional within a fast-paced environment.
