**About the position**:
The Transformer Program is a co-curricular program designed to enable innovation, foster student development and enhance the overall student experience at Bond. This voluntary, non-fee, non-credit program is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all faculties and is supported by dedicated Bond academics and staff, industry experts, mentors, state of the art facilities and a range of workshops, events and other resources.

The Support Officer is an integral member of the Transformer team and is required to provide excellent client service and administrative support. This role is pivotal as it is the first point of contact for students and requires a strong commitment to customer service.

**About the person**:

- Completed Year 12 and at least two years’ experience working in an office environment or customer service role.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-focused environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective and professional communication with persons from varied cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
- The ability to effectively and accurately convey information.
- A high level of organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with people who have competing demands.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Salary details**:

The salary for the position commences at 61,517.31 (Full Time Equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation per annum.
