**About the role**

We are looking to welcome a **Receptionist/Practice Administrator **who thoroughly enjoys working with clients and various internal and external stakeholders.

Some key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

- Be fully in charge of the reception and common areas.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Perform office administrative tasks.
- Perform routine office equipment set up, management and checks.
- Prepare meeting/conference rooms.
- Answer calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Handle mails and deliveries.
- Perform data entry and filing activities.
- Assist in resolving clients' issues and complaints.
- Scheduling appointments.

**Skills and experience**
- Receptionist and administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with a positive and can do attitude.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable working with technology.
- Display strong work ethic, ability to work independently as well as cohesively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong command in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to relate to people of all types and cultures.

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
