About the team

The Business & Agribusiness Transformation Team provides a critical connection between the business and enterprise transformation delivery teams and in business change. The Team is responsible for bringing the voice and needs of business customers and identifying the opportunities to deliver enterprise value. We ensure that the flow of ideas and resources are delivered in the optimal way for best decision making outcomes and maximise ROI.

The position

As an Implementation Lead you will be responsible for providing project implementation and change support for continuous improvement initiatives to support the team. This will comprise of managing, implementing and supporting leaders with embedding of in-business led programs to deliver a high level of performance and quality to improve our people’s and ultimately our customer’s experience. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders across the division and enterprise, driving alignment across Risk, Credit and customer facing teams to:
Support the implementation both in business and transformation initiatives
Embed the Business & Agribusiness narrative within all communications and training material for initiatives
Build the narrative for each initiative delivery to translate technical capabilities to be understood by the wider business
Support the Product Owners or in business initiative Leads in setting up and hosting training or information sessions
Build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the division, transformation, change or training teams

About you

This is an excellent career opportunity for someone from a communications background. You will be an expert at bringing people together and articulating their vision into stories with purpose. We are looking for someone with the following:
Excellent communication skills and a flair for story telling through a number of mediums such as video or PowerPoint
Change communication, change management or training delivery experience will be highly regarded
Advanced PC skills and intermediate user of creative tools like Adobe & Canva
Banking industry experience will be highly regarded, but we are definitely open to transferrable experience from other industries
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
Tertiary qualifications or project management qualifications will be highly regarded
