**About the role**

The Functional Analyst is a key member of the SWARH Applications Team delivering the Trak-Edition Project for 11 health services in the South West region. This Project is a major undertaking requiring significant configuration. The role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to identify requirements and translate those into workable solutions. The role will undertake a broad range of configuration to meet agreed needs, be involved in an iterative process of testing and refining solutions until successful completion. Multiple bodies of work will be undertaken simultaneously by various members of the team according to the Project Plan and timelines.
