**Your new company is well known organisation looking to hire a Billings administrator for their team.**
**Your new role will include but will not be limited to**:
*** Manual confirmation of runsheets where necessary
- Review of automatic confirmation for major errors, and release of postpones jobs as
required
- Reconciling external subcontractor invoices
- Creating and matching purchase orders to confirm external tipping
- Ensure Supervisor/Manager is kept informed of issues
- Attend and participate in regular team meetings
- Prepare and provide information on tasks to other stakeholders as instructed
- Assist the Billing Administration Team by providing daily administrative support
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need previous experience in an Accounts role focusing on reconciliation or billings. Experience using SAP would be preferable.
