**The role**:
We're seeking a highly organised, vibrant, energetic person responsible for managing the front desk reception, performing general EA duties, associated administrative tasks, and liaising with specialist doctors, treatment providers and patients. You will have a friendly demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

**This is a full time role and requires applicants to have full work rights.**

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
The role encompasses reception and administration duties including;
- Management of front of house reception area and consultation rooms
- Meet and greeting clients, consultants and visitors
- Arranging and booking consultation and meeting rooms
- Attending to Doctors clinic requirements
- Confirmation of appointments
- Providing general support to manage the diaries of the Chief Scientific Officer and Director of Psychological Services
- Adhoc duties as required

**Skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist/ EA (Essential)
- Experience in an administrative role (Highly desirable)
- Be outgoing and personable with excellent customer service skills
- Possess exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Be professional and well-presented
- Have strong IT skills - proficient in the MS Office Suite
- Have a strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
