This dynamic support role, in our Operations team, is ideal for experienced customer service professionals ready to transition into the professional services industry. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional visitor experience, whilst delivering a range of on-site workplace services.**Key responsibilities**

Your position as Corporate Receptionist at Finity will include but is not limited to the following duties, reporting into our Chief Operations Officer (COO):
- Administration, operation and management of the workplace
- Greeting/welcoming all visitors to our office and advising relevant parties of their arrival
- Managing all external meeting rooms, including booking of the rooms, catering, IT support, setting up/clearing down meeting rooms and other tasks as requested
- Ensuring the workplace, across all levels, is presented, maintained and utilised the way it was designed
- Facilities administration and mail / parcel management
- Assisting employees with day-to-day office related operational enquiries, as requested
- Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes, as required
- Providing the office-based induction component for new employees into the workplace through office walkarounds, providing of access pass and other related items
- Answering and directing all incoming Finity calls.
- Booking of couriers and sending out mail, as required

Additional administration tasks including:

- Ordering of all office supplies including items for the kitchen and office stationary
- Ensure interstate travellers have an allocated desk and pass for their duration of travel
- Working with building management on maintenance within the space
- Set up and assistant relevant PA with events within the office, including announcements, birthday etc.**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in office administration, IT support or a premium service environment including hotel or airline
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in engaging with VIP clients as well as the ability to engage with and develop relationships with a diverse range of people
- Exceptional work ethic, energy and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs and a desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft apps - Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
