**The Role**:
Reporting to the Manager Program Performance, the Program Performance Analyst will coordinate the delivery of the IT Investment Program with a key focus on reporting, governance & financial management to delivery and financial targets. In this role, you will support the Manager Program Performance and Program Performance Lead in providing quality assurance services and governance of the IT portfolio.

This will be achieved through:

- Planning, coordinating and delivery of tasks and activities within the program to meet project outcomes, timeframes and budgets under the direction of the Manager Program Performance.
- Contributing to the preparation of high quality, timely and accurate IT Program Performance reports for various governance forums.
- Conducting assurance reviews ensuring all financials are accurately maintained within Project Management system. Supporting the Project Performance Lead with month end activities and project governance compliance, challenging when required and providing feed
- and advice to Project Managers.
- Assisting the Manager Program Performance with continuous improvement practices across governance, assurance and reporting across the Program. This includes particular focus on risks, issues, dependencies and resourcing that enables the IT Program Management team to mitigate impacts to successful project delivery.
- Supplier invoice processing and purchase order creation.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated Program coordination skills with proven experience in successfully delivering tasks and activities in IT Program Delivery
- Understanding and experience using project management frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK
- Proven experience in financial management within IT
- A tertiary qualification in Business or IT related area would be well regarded
- Strong analytical, problem solving and process analysis skills

Your demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills particularly your ability to manage relationships and stakeholders with a particular focus on customers and building relationships with internal teams and contractors will be keys to this role.
