Our client is an established leader in structural steel fabrication, engineering and erection services.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts All-Rounder the accounting team with day-to-day accounting and admin tasks.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist accounts Payable in the processing of invoices and preparation of payments.
- Assist payroll officer with weekly preparation of payroll.
- Responsible for reception and admin duties - Filing, Scanning,
- Preparing & Maintaining the Training & Competency Register, Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Arrange Couriers and Collate Motor pass dockets.
- Manufacturing Data Reports copied, bound, and sent as requested by Project Manager.

- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
