**About the Position**

We are looking to welcome a **Domestic and Family Violence Therapeutic Support Practitioner **to provide support to clients to reach their goals though both group and individual case work and coordinate group training programs within the Safe Families Program.
- Full Time permanent opportunity.
- **Level 4** under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $82,046 and 88,288 (pro-rata) plus super.
- Key responsibilities of the role include:_
- Work collaboratively with the Safe Families team to deliver activities to families and children to meet therapeutic goals and support the case plan.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure families’ goals are achieved.
- Support the coordination of group training programs within the Safe Families Program.
- Deliver group training programs that provide psychoeducation for families experiencing domestic and family violence such as Drumbeat, Love Bites, Shark Cage, Caring Dads.

**About You**
- Certificate IV in Community Services or similar vocational qualification is required with experience in working in Domestic and Family Violence.
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (eg. social work, human services, allied health, psychologist) desirable.
- Professional registration (if required).
- Membership of a relevant professional association (desirable).

**Other Requirements**
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
