The Role:


Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will see you responsible for providing a high level of administration support to the Operations Team and first-class service to both internal and external customers.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of support to the Project Managers
  • Creating work orders
  • Creating project documents
  • Procurement
  • Contractual Claims
  • Coordination and management of work in progress
  • Updating work schedules and cost allocation
  • Booking training and maintaining the training matrix
  • Updating team intranet sites
  • Data entry and general administration duties within the office

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in an project administrator position or similar.
  • Regional work experience, locals are preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and engage with community
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Excel, Projects, PowerPoint and Outlook
