Collections - Investigations & Recoveries

**Job description**:
**About the role**:

- Assist with day to day work scheduling, allocation of skip / location files, monitoring and management
- Conduct follow ups with Clients, sub-contractors and investigative leads
- Assist with various tasks as required by the Manger - Skips & locations
- Perform skip trace functions to effectively and efficiently locate physical assets or debtor for recovery purposes
- Negotiate the return of physical assets or recovery of outstanding monies with debtors
- Arrange repossession of assets and appropriate delivery /storage to secure location
- Assist the Quality Manager in keeping forms up to date and provide new staff with documentation pertaining to the Information Security Management System
- Report any information security incident or issue at work to the Chief Executive Officer
- Previous Collections & Recoveries experience ideally in a ‘skip trace’ capacity
- High level resilience with the ability to take on feedback
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Professional & confident phone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure
- Proactive & investigative mindset
- Ability to work autonomously

Commencing immediately this is a full-time position with hours of work rostered between 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday on rotation.
