**Job description**:
Do you have experience in Collections and Skip Trace? Do you enjoy solving problems and finding assets or debtors? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Field Operations Team

We are a reputable organization with 30 years of history in the Finance industry. We are looking for skilled and resilient Collections Specialists to join our team in Mitcham

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage work schedules, skips and location files
- Follow up on leads and sub-contractors
- Use skip trace techniques to locate assets or debtors for recovery purposes
- Negotiate the return of assets or the payment of debts
- Arrange repossession of assets

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous Collections & Recoveries experience, preferably in skip trace
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- A proactive & investigative mindset
