**Salary**: $150,000 - $170,000 per year + super + bonus

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for a challenging role in a global manufacturing company? Join our team in Liverpool and lead the engineering and maintenance improvements across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee engineering and maintenance projects to optimize machinery and facilities across the site
- Manage the maintenance of both legacy and state-of-the-art machinery to ensure operational efficiency
- Drive reliability initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational performance and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve engineering objectives and meet business goals
- Proven experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of reliability engineering, continuous improvement methodologies, and sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Competitive salary of $150,000 - $170,000 per year plus super and bonus
