The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of it’s kind in Australia. **About the role**

The Team Leader for VACCA Western and Brimbank/Melton Orange Doors will lead a team of multidisciplinary practitioner leads to deliver high quality, safe and effective responses to Victorian women, children, men and families seeking support and safety through the Hub and keep the perpetrator in view. This position will work alongside The Aboriginal Practice Lead on day to day basis.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in social work, social sciences or related field or working experience and expertise in the sector.
- Experience knowledge and competency in case management practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of general models of intervention in social work
- **Requirement**: Current COVID-19 vaccination, a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a valid Victorian Drivers Licence
