General maintenance officers will prioritise and perform work requests across the precinct under direction of their manager. They will undertake minor repairs, installations and maintenance of equipment and tools. They will also be encouraged to take the initiative to recommend process and system improvements that could be applied.

The general maintenance roles will focus on work primarily in the precinct's building. However, they will be required to collaborate with the Landscape and Grounds maintenance team in shared responsibilities of the upkeep of outdoor play/common and green areas of the facility.

**To be successful in the role, you will have experience and certifications required in building or maintenance repairs.**

**Experience within a commercial or custodial environment is desirable.**
