**Atlas Copco’s Power Technique business area** provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile compressors, pumps, light towers and generators, along with a number of complementary products. It also and offers spare parts and service through a dedicated, global network.

**The role**:
In your new role you’ll be responsible for liaising with our customers, dealers, distributors and internal stakeholders regarding the administration and co-ordination of service jobs, warranty claims and technical support and following up to ensure the customers needs are met in a timely manner.

Working closely with the Technical Support Manager providing support for the Technical Support / Service function to improve and streamline our processes to maximise customer satisfaction.

**What we expect of you**:

- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a high level of communication skill and ability to create solutions.
- Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of MSOffice, ERP Systems, SAP desirable.
- Dedication to providing high-level Customer Service.
- Attention to detail.
- Capable of learning new systems and processes.
- A technical aptitude
- Able to challenge existing work practices and bring ideas to improve them
