We are seeking a Technical Program Manager within the Security Assurance team who will be responsible for supporting the build and operation of regulatory intelligence and automation tools and platforms. The Regulatory Intelligence & Automation team builds software and machine learning tools that support regulatory and compliance specialists around the world to collect, analyse and respond to assurance requirements in all countries and industries around the world.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify and drive technical projects to improve the performance, security and operational efficiency of the team's software platforms.
- Develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution through the full project cycle;
- Coordinate delivery with product managers and business owners for new features;
- Drive investigations into areas for improvement in the platform, addressing feedback and faults.
- Track and report the team's progress using metrics that capture impact and value.

A day in the life
You'll work within a team of business owners, product management, technical leads and developers who are building our products in an agile way. Every week we deploy new features, so the pace is fast. One day you'll be talking with the product manager and end users on how a new feature can be implemented, then working the next with a developer to implement, and by the end of the week preparing to deploy. At the same time, you'll be continuously looking for opportunities to improve our foundations for managing our deployment pipeline, securing the platform, increasing instrumentation and resilience.

About the team
The team operates with product management and development in Melbourne, in service of business owners and stakeholders across. It's a small agile team, where everyone has a continuous connection to the outcomes we're delivering.

Melbourne, VIC, AUS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
