In the role of Property Advisor/Account Manager, your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships by delivering a positive client experience. This newly created role's key focus is to coordinate, manage and review each step in the purchasing process - from when a property has been identified for purchase right through to exchange and settlement.

**The Position**

The role of Property Advisor/Account Manage will see you:

- Responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients to accomplish their property investment objectives across the end-to-end investing process
- Onboard clients and provide them with information on the methodology and process and understanding their investment objectives
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Resolve all client queries actively, promptly and with high energy, keeping them updated through the process
- Present property opportunities to the client
- Share and discuss facts and research about the market, area/suburb, and properties to educate and upskill clients, supporting their decision process

**The Person**
- Previous Real Estate experience in Property Management, BDM or Sales roles essential
- MUST hold current Real Estate Licence
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- A team player with a "can do attitude"
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Have an understanding of the end-to-end residential sales, due diligence, and settlement process
- Have a talent for relationship-building, and be able to confidently guide and support clients through the property purchasing process
- Have an interest in data and technology, enjoy thinking about the bigger picture, and create solutions to problems within developing business
- Be able to think outside the box, be analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused
