- The **Admin & Operations Manager** is a pivotal position to the success of a national organisation servicing the interests of a large sector of the Australian insurance industry. Therefore we’re looking for a highly competent assistant to join this wonderful team and help support the realisation of the business and strategic plan.
- **Who Will You Be Working With?**
Join a dynamic team in Sydney, providing administrative support directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborating with various internal stakeholders including the Operations Manager and Board Members. You'll also engage externally with suppliers, contractors, voting members, and industry partners. You’ll have an autonomous work environment and be empowered to manage your time efficiently and effectively. There’s also the potential to travel interstate several times per year for the facilitation of

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** **_Admin support - _comprehensive assistant to the CEO and team
- _ Events -_ Assist in organizing and executing events, managing tasks from pre-event preparations to post-event follow-ups
- _ Communications -_ Support internal and external communications, including managing CRM data and facilitating webinars
- _ Social Media_ - management and content creation across multiple platforms
- _ Relationships_ - Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**We Are Looking for Someone With**:

- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to work
