**The Company**:
This NFP specialises in wellness, happiness, and wellbeing. They are looking for a Event Contractor to assist with the coordination and delivery of a 2-day conference and expo
**The Role**:
This role will report to the Director and will work in a small team of 4 to coordinate and deliver their annual conference. This role will be a hands on role that will assist the team and also be onsite for the conference to handle registrations and speakers and assist with bump in and bump out of the event.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Liaising with delegates, speakers, and exhibitors
- Registration; both pre-planning and onsite
- Onsite and post event - manage overall event run sheet, production schedule, allocate staff roles and prepare all pre and post briefing documents and evaluations
- Logistics and Operations
- Database maintenance and management
- Developing run sheets, any event administration and event documentation
- Ad hoc duties assigned by the Director
