This successful real estate business is looking for looking for a creative, reliable and hardworking Marketing and Social media coordinator to join their growing team located in Sutherland Shire.

**Your new role**
Your role will include but not be limited to:

- Create marketing materials for office and agent
- Social media, website and campaign management
- Copywriting and ad creation
- Liaising with different vendors to finalise different marketing materials and book different
- Create annual marketing plan and budget

**What you'll need to succeed**
You are a confident, hands on marketer with at least 3 years of experience, preferably worked in the same industry previously. You have an eye for detail and passionate about creating fun content. You are a hard worker and like to roll your sleeves up. You are motivated and naturally a great communicator.
