**What this opportunity involves**:
As the part time Experience Coordinator, you will support the Workplace team working onsite with our prestigious telecommunications client. This role will oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services such as cleaning, First Contact, handyperson, concierge, mailroom etc.

**An overview of the role**:
Supporting the development and implementation of strategic & operational business plans for facilities and driving effective financial management.
Daily management of work orders using invoice system (Corrigo).
Support the workplace team with budgeting, approving invoices, and monthly financial reporting.
Maintaining the workspace standard to a high level by ensuring all maintenance requests are logged and actioned within specified timelines.
Provide support for conferences by coordinating conference room booking and preparing conference rooms for meetings, including ordering catering as required
Provide administrative support to Contract Administrator as required
Conduct regular audits to ensure that safety procedures are being complied with

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
You'll have worked in a similar role in a Commercial environment and have some exposure to supervising the delivery of subcontractors. You will be a creative, innovative thinker and hold a high level of commercial acumen & computer literacy.

Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you. Your communication skills, and ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently as well as the capability to work under pressure with limited supervision is essential.
Strong computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
Work order system (corrigo or similar).
Competent in completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.
