This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting a growing business.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**: Process and manage online orders, including coordinating shipping and handling returns/exchanges.
- **Sales Event Assistance**: Assist with the planning, execution, and customer support during sales events and promotions.
- **Reception Duties**: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and provide general administrative support at reception.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ms Allure’s products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate customer records, update order status, and support team with administrative tasks as needed.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a professional appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service tools (experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus).
- Experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to work three days per week, with potential for increased hours based on demand and performance.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.72 per hour

Expected hours: 25.5 per week
