HR Administrator/project Administrator

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a HR Administrator/Project Administrator that has experience in a variety of areas including document creation, training and change management. The 12 month position is an immediate start and offers flexible working arrangements with majority of this role being work from home.
The successful applicant for this role will have the following responsibilities and skills:
- Hands on experience writing business requirements documents
- Hands on experience writing user stories and developing process models and process maps using relevant tools
- Experience working in corporates with complex business requirements
- Assess business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation
- Analyse, map and document current business processes using best practice and pragmatism to meet the business need, then work with the business on developing future processes, using Blueworks and other enterprise process management tools
- Effectively translate business needs into user stories using JIRA
- Obtain final sign off of requirement documents from business leaders
- Review Change Impact Assessments (including BT CIA), feedback from user acceptance testing, playbacks and other scoping sessions scope for completeness
- Collaborate with the technical team on identifying and resolving issues, managing risks and developing solutions
- Demonstrated prior experience in analysing, standardising, documenting and integrating business processes
